Lance has garnered over 15 years of management consultancy, corporate planning, executive leadership experience and more recently real estate project advisory experience. As a Director at Capacity Concepts Limited, Lance specializes in preparation of financial projections, business plans and funding proposals, formulating business strategy, and assisting organizations with Talent Optimization.
Lance spent his early career years with PricewaterhouseCoopers performing financial statement audits and management advisory services before he joined the Supreme Ventures Group. As a senior finance executive, Lance spent 10 years leading the strategic planning, risk management and financial reporting teams at Supreme Ventures.
A Masters’ graduate from UWI, Lance has also completed executive leadership training at the Wharton Business School and is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant.
