Howard James, FCCA

Financial Advisor

Howard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. He is a Director of Capacity Concepts Limited, which provides strategic business advice, training, financial management and operations consultancy services. 

Howard developed his financial expertise while supervising engagements at PricewaterhouseCoopers for ten (10) years. He later moved on to augment this with seven (7) years of leadership and retail market experience with the Lascelles deMercado Group (now Campari Group – Jamaica). 

Having spent over 25 years in strategic business management, auditing and accounting, Howard is known for assisting organisations with implementing comprehensive solutions for complex business challenges. His work has been geared towards sustained profitability, growth and cost efficiency.

Howard is a Director of The Honey Bun Foundation, which is a non-profit organization geared towards helping small and medium-sized entities (SMEs) with strategic facilitation.  The foundation’s mission is to create powerful business models for SMEs and the creative industries to become transformational for Jamaica’s economy.

Howard is an avid sports lover who plays a bit of tennis and basketball.
